Freelancer Membership Agreement

This Freelancer Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and CareerSafi.com (“CareerSafi”, “we”, or “us”). This Agreement forms part of, and incorporates by reference, our User Agreement and other Terms of Service. Continued participation in any membership program after updates to this Agreement signifies your acceptance. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings outlined in the Site Terms of Use, User Agreement, or other applicable policies.

1. PARTIES

You are entering into this Agreement with CareerSafi.com. Regardless of your location, CareerSafi.com is the sole party to this Agreement and shall manage all aspects of the Freelancer membership program.

2. FREELANCER MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS

CareerSafi.com offers various membership programs for Freelancers and Agencies. “Member” or “you” refers to any Freelancer or Agency enrolled in one of these programs.
Memberships may include a specific number of application credits (“Credits”), which reserve monthly capacity for you to submit proposals for posted opportunities. If your membership includes or allows the purchase of additional Credits, these will be priced as stated on the Site at the time of purchase, subject to limitations based on your membership plan. Unused Credits may roll over to the next month under the terms provided on our Site.
CareerSafi reserves the right to adjust membership fees, change the number of included Credits, modify pricing, or introduce new charges with reasonable notice posted in advance. Fees paid are non-refundable. If we cancel a membership, the associated fee will not be refunded.

3. TAXES

Where applicable, CareerSafi.com may collect taxes (such as VAT or similar indirect taxes) on membership fees and additional purchases made on the platform, in compliance with local laws.

4. AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

You must pay your CareerSafi membership fees and Credit purchases through your CareerSafi account. Membership fees are billed from the date we receive payment, and billing cycles begin accordingly. You authorize CareerSafi to automatically renew your membership plan and charge the applicable fees monthly or annually until you modify or cancel your plan through your Profile settings or by contacting Customer Support.

5. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

You may change your membership program at any time through your account settings. Upgrades will initiate a new billing cycle from the date of payment, with a possible credit for any unused fees. Downgrades will not result in refunds; your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period and will not auto-renew. In cases of account suspension or non-payment, your membership will automatically shift to a basic (unpaid) plan. If reinstated, you may update your membership plan. CareerSafi.com may revise its membership structure with prior notice on the Site.
