1. Log into Your Account

  • Visit careersafi.com
  • Click the “Login” button at the top-right corner and enter your credentials.

2. Go to Your Dashboard

  • Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard by clicking your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select either “My Projects” (for Employers) or “My Jobs” (for Freelancers or Candidates), depending on your role.

3. Select the Relevant Project or Job

  • Browse through your list of active, pending, or completed engagements.
  • Click on the project or job where you encountered the issue.

4. Find the Dispute or Report Option

  • Inside the project page, look for a tab or button labeled “Dispute”, “Report an Issue”, or “Raise Concern” — typically located near the top or bottom of the project details.
  • Click to open the dispute form.

5. Fill in the Details

  • Choose the type of issue (e.g., payment delay, missing deliverables, unresponsive party).
  • Provide a brief but clear explanation of the issue.
  • Attach any relevant screenshots, messages, or files as evidence.

6. Submit the Report

  • Click “Submit” to send the issue to CareerSafi’s Support Team.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and ticket number for reference.

7. Track the Status

  • Return to your dashboard and open the “Support” or “Disputes” section.
  • Monitor the progress of your report and respond to any updates or follow-up questions.
