At CareerSafi, we strive to ensure a seamless collaboration between employers and freelancers. However, if you encounter issues such as missed deadlines, unprofessional behavior, or subpar work quality, it’s important to address them promptly.
1. Log In to Your Employer Account
- Navigate to https://careersafi.com and click on the “Login” button.
- Enter your credentials to access your employer dashboard.
2. Access the Relevant Project
- From your dashboard, locate the project associated with the freelancer in question.
- Click on the project title to open its details.
3. Initiate Communication with the Freelancer
- Before escalating the issue, attempt to resolve it directly with the freelancer:
- Use the Messaging feature within the project to express your concerns.
- Provide clear examples and set expectations for resolution.
- Allow a reasonable timeframe for the freelancer to respond and address the issue.
4. Report the Issue to CareerSafi Support
- If direct communication doesn’t lead to a satisfactory resolution:
- Navigate to the Help Center or Contact Support section on CareerSafi.
- Fill out the support form with the following details:
- Project Title: Specify the project in question.
- Freelancer’s Name: Provide the full name or username of the freelancer.
- Issue Description: Clearly outline the problem, including dates, communications, and any unmet expectations.
- Attachments: Include any relevant documents or screenshots that support your claim.
- Submit the form to notify the CareerSafi support team.
5. Await Response from Support Team
- The support team will review your report and may reach out for additional information.
- They will mediate between you and the freelancer to seek a fair resolution.
6. Follow Up as Needed
- If you haven’t received a response within a reasonable timeframe, follow up through the support channel to check on the status of your report.

2. Submit a Support Request
- If you can’t find the information you need, look for the “Contact Us” option within the Help Center.
- Click on it to access the support request form.
- Fill in the required details, including your name, email address, and a description of the issue or question you have.
- Submit the form, and our support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
