- Click the “Login” button at the top-right corner and enter your credentials.
2. Go to Your Dashboard
- Once logged in, navigate to your Dashboard by clicking your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select either “My Projects” (for Employers) or “My Jobs” (for Freelancers or Candidates), depending on your role.
3. Select the Relevant Project or Job
- Browse through your list of active, pending, or completed engagements.
- Click on the project or job where you encountered the issue.
4. Find the Dispute or Report Option
- Inside the project page, look for a tab or button labeled “Dispute”, “Report an Issue”, or “Raise Concern” — typically located near the top or bottom of the project details.
- Click to open the dispute form.
5. Fill in the Details
